Kim is Dean and Professor at the UPEI School of Nursing. Her research areas include children and rural health, Aboriginal health and International social justice issues. She has authored and co-authored 21 peer reviewed publications and is involved in several research projects. Her expertise in qualitative research methods and the inter-relation of qualitative and quantitative methods has enhanced her program of research.
