Caring for the future: Providing excellence through nursing education, research, and practice.
Nurses who would like to further their education through graduate studies now have the opportunity to do so without leaving the province. The University of Prince Edward Island has introduced a new two-year Master of Science in Nursing program which began in September 2011. The new MN program has two streams: the Thesis Stream and the Nurse Practitioner Stream. For more information on the program, application process, tuition and fees click here.
Fourth-year students have designed a pin to represent graduates of the School of Nursing at UPEI. Graduating students and alumni are able to purchase the pin; for more information, please contact the UPEI School of Nursing.
